Men's Wool-Blend Coat

A single-breasted overcoat in black, cut long enough to cover a suit jacket and finish around mid-thigh. The front closes on three buttons set high, which keeps the chest covered against wind and gives the coat its vertical line, and the lapel is a clean notch that sits flat whether the coat is buttoned or open.

The cloth is a wool blend — wool for warmth, structure and the dry matte surface that makes an overcoat look like one, blended with polyester for resilience so the coat recovers from being packed into a car or a train seat. The shoulder is lightly structured with a canvas interlining rather than a heavy pad, so it holds a clean line without looking boxy.

Fully lined in a smooth twill so it slides on over a jacket or a knit without dragging. Two flap pockets sit at the hip, a welt pocket sits at the chest, and a single vent is cut at the centre back for movement when walking.
